I had a perfect day yesterday, i got so sunburned but still an awesome beach day.

I have a great mom and dad. I know some people have really shitty relationships with their parents and it’s sad. If I had a kid I would hate to have a shitty relationship with them. They aren’t strict, they let us(me and my sisters) make our own choices. My mother has been attending field trips,ballet recitals, field days, honor society induction ceremonies, soccer games. She goes most likely not because it would be the most entertaining thing in the world but because she is showing her support. Despite their health and working strenuous hours standing, it’s to provide us with a home and food and the extra things. 
Honestly, I think my drive for success draws a parallel in making my parents proud. in showing them that they haven’t wasted time on me and that I have not taking the opportunities they have given me for granted.

I’m going to try to challenge myself, starting tomorrow i’m going to run 4 days a week until the end of August. It’s going to be hard because i love being lazy and not running.
